Clinical Study on Hair Density Increase
Procapil with Anagen Telogen Changes
The difference between Anagen and Telogen hair for T0 and T4 months was observed in the test subjects. Significant changes were observed between T0 and T4 months as shown below. The telogen hair's bulb region has significantly improved. The root sheaths of the anagen hairs have thickened and improved with clearly defined cellular bases: In the Procapil™ group, the root sheath observed on the outer side of the hair showed optimal dermal-epidermal adhesion, with high quality observed in well-structured basal lamina. On the inner root sheath side, anchorage regions of the hair shaft were observed. In contrast, these two areas were not as well-structured in the placebo group.
