Shipping policy

This Policy has been prepared by Lar Rachel Paris Kozmetik Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“La Rachel Paris”) to inform visitors and customers (“Buyer”) about the shipping and delivery of products ordered through larachelparis.com (“Site”).

Shipping and Delivery Policy

As a general rule, La Rachel Paris is responsible for delivering the product in a safe, complete condition, and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order. However, the relevant provisions of the Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) signed between La Rachel Paris and the Buyer shall remain applicable regarding the delivery of the ordered and paid products.

Delivery Time

Once the order confirmation email is sent to the Buyer, the product will be handed over to the shipping company as soon as possible.

Subject to product availability in stock and payment confirmation, and except in cases where delivery becomes impossible, the product will be delivered within seven (7) business days from the date the order is placed or confirmed.

Delivery to a Different Person/Address

The Buyer may request that the product be delivered to a person or organization other than themselves at the time of ordering. In addition, a first-degree relative with the same last name may receive the package by presenting their ID. The signature of the person receiving the package at the delivery address will be required.

If the product is to be delivered to someone other than the Buyer, La Rachel Paris cannot be held responsible for damages or costs (e.g., additional shipping fees) arising from the absence of the recipient, their refusal to accept the package, or inaccuracies in the delivery information provided by the Buyer.

If the billing address differs from the delivery address, the Buyer agrees, declares, and undertakes to pay an additional shipping fee for the invoice delivery to the specified billing address.

Issues During Delivery

La Rachel Paris is not liable for any failure to deliver the product to the Buyer or their authorized recipient due to issues encountered by the shipping company during delivery.

However, if the Buyer believes that the package and/or its contents were damaged during delivery (e.g., torn, punctured, crushed, wet):

  • The Buyer has the right to refuse damaged packages and request the shipping company to issue a Damage Assessment Report or Damage Report.
  • If the shipping company representative believes there is no damage, the Buyer may open the package in the presence of the representative, inspect the contents, and request the representative to prepare a report if any damage is found.

The report must be prepared in duplicate, with one copy retained by the Buyer and the other given to the shipping company representative.

If the Buyer refuses the package and obtains a report, they must notify La Rachel Paris by sending an email with a copy of the report to mutlusaclar@larachelparis.com within one (1) business day.

Upon receipt of the email, La Rachel Paris will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement delivery as soon as possible.

Reporting Issues Without a Report

If the recipient notices any delivery-related issues but is unable to obtain a report for valid reasons, they should immediately, and no later than the day of receipt, take photos of the product and its packaging and email them to mutlusaclar@larachelparis.com. In this case, La Rachel Paris will contact the Buyer within three (3) business days to discuss the delivery and return process.

If the Buyer accepts the package without objection and without documenting any issues (e.g., by obtaining a report or other evidence), it is deemed that the shipping company fulfilled its duties and La Rachel Paris fulfilled its delivery obligation.

Completion of Delivery Obligation

La Rachel Paris's delivery obligation is fulfilled once the product is delivered to the Buyer or an authorized person/organization at the address specified in the Agreement.

If, for any reason, the payment is not made or is canceled by the bank, La Rachel Paris is considered relieved of its delivery obligation.

However, in cases mentioned under "Issues During Delivery," the respective rights and obligations of the Buyer and La Rachel Paris are clearly defined, and both parties retain their rights to make claims against each other and the shipping company.

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are generally borne by the Buyer and are added to the total order amount. However, depending on ongoing promotions or campaigns announced on the Site, La Rachel Paris may cover part or all of the shipping costs.

For products returned due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, shipping costs may be charged to the Buyer.
