Refund policy

This Policy has been prepared by Lar Rachel Paris Kozmetik Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“La Rachel Paris”) to inform visitors and customers (“Buyer”) about the cancellation and return of products ordered through larachelparis.com (“Site”).

For the cancellation and return of products ordered by the Buyer, the relevant provisions outlined in the Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) signed between La Rachel Paris and the Buyer shall remain in effect.

Every product purchased is covered under our company’s guarantee.

You may return the unopened La Rachel Paris box within 14 days of receipt, with customer service approval. Once the returned item reaches our return warehouse, it will be inspected. If it is confirmed that the item remains unopened, your refund will be processed to your bank account.

For packages you believe to be damaged during shipment, please inspect them in the presence of the courier. If any damage is detected, request the courier to issue a damage report and do not accept the package. Please note that failing to report damage at the time of delivery will be considered an acknowledgment that the courier fulfilled their duties properly.

Returns will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued if the product shows signs of damage, breakage, tampering, tearing, use, or any alteration that differs from its original condition upon delivery.

Returns will be processed within seven (7) business days from the time the product is received by the company.

For credit card refunds, the amount will be refunded within five (5) business days after the return is approved. However, please note that your bank may not reflect the refund in the same billing cycle. In such cases, please contact your bank’s credit card services.
