Results Report of Hair Serum Clinical Studies
In clinical and experimental studies conducted with a 3% Procapil solution, it was observed that hair loss stopped in 92% of users, and varying levels of quality improvement were observed in the thinned hair. Although some manufacturers add very low levels of Procapil to claim its presence, it should not be expected to provide real treatment for hair loss. It has been observed that the ideal concentration/efficacy ratio in hereditary hair loss, which accounts for 95% of hair loss in men, is achieved at a 3% concentration. This success rate observed in clinical studies has also been tracked in standard users. The use of 3% Procapil solutions differs from other hair growth products. While other hair growth products are used continuously at a dose of 2 times a day, Procapil is used once a day after the first 3 months. Maintenance treatment with a daily single dose of 3% Procapil solution ensures a further increase in the achieved success.
CLINICAL EVALUATIONS ON THE EFFICACY OF ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
In clinical research conducted on Peptide Biotinyl-GHK, which is one of the active substances forming the formula:
-
In the control group using the formula, hair growth was observed to be 121% higher.
-
ß In vivo studies: Results of a 4-month clinical study covering one cycle of the telogen phase: significant increase in the anagen/telogen ratio in the group using the formula.
-
Strong lamination was observed at the papilla level and in the outer root sheath of the hair follicle 14 days after the use began. The protective and restorative effect of Peptide Biotinyl-GHK on hair follicles was observed to be 30 times higher.
-
Very distinct new formations were observed in the ampoule region of telogen hairs after 4 months of use. The root sheath of anagen hairs also thickened and transformed into clearly defined cell bases. The root sheath was observed to be of high quality. It showed adhesion to the outer side of the hair with a well-structured basal lamina, providing optimal dermal-epidermal integrity. On the side of the inner root sheath, connection areas with the hair shaft were observed.
-
Biotinyl-GHK, an effective peptide, provided hair anchoring through adhesion proteins. Apigenin, in combination with a vasodilator, inhibited dihydrotestosterone production, which causes genetic hair loss, by stopping 5α-reductase through the effect of flavonoids obtained from plant leaves.
-
The significant anti-hair loss effect was confirmed through a 4-month clinical study covering the telogen phase, and the efficacy of the complex was tested. Morphological and immunohistological analyses of hair samples taken at the beginning and end of the study showed distinct records of the ampoule, root sheath, laminin 5, and collagen IV densities of telogen hairs.
